RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Marketing Manager I in Mountain View, CA.
Responsibilities:
* Marketing Manager I will manage the marketing activities and programs for the organization
* Develops and implements marketing plans to serve the business objectives
* Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment and coordinates market research projects
* Selects and manages ongoing relationships with different marketing vendors
* May oversees advertising, events, and public relationships
* Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs; True first level manager
* As a Marketing Manager I, you will ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets
* Location - remote is fine, open to all locations and time zones
Interview process:
* 1 round only, 60 minutes zoom video
REQUIREMENTS:
* Extensive knowledge of department processes
* Understanding of the sales process in any form, sales funnel work, etc.
* Has full authority for personnel actions
* All Google suites
* Skilled in designing sales content in email for sales agents
Nice to have:
* Experience with direct sales organizations, Salesforce.com/Eloqua (or similar CRM and Marketing Automation) Customer-obsessed
* Data analytics
* Any AI exposure
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
