Role Summary:

Athelas is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to identify innovative channels and strategies to drive revenue. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be an integral member of the Growth Team at Athelas. Your role will involve developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and leveraging data to drive growth. With an analytical, methodical, and data-driven mindset, you'll be a key partner to sales, product, and analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition, engagement, and retention- and ultimately drive revenue.

• Track and report on performance of growth initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to drive increased revenue.

• Design and execute A/B tests to improve campaign effectiveness

• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices in growth hacking/marketing.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in growth marketing within the tech and/or healthcare industry.

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth marketing strategies.

• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

The salary range that Commure reasonably expects to pay for this position is $90,000 - $140,000. Actual salary offered will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: location, education, experience, skills, and qualifications.
