Synopsys is hiring a dynamic and creative leader who can design and execute demand generation marketing campaigns.We are looking for a Senior manager of Marketing Campaigns to join our growing demand generation team and lead our demand generation and marketing campaigns efforts. You will be responsible for creating and executing paid marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads for our sales team and drive revenue growth. You will also oversee the campaign budget, performance, and optimization.Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing campaign strategy that aligns with our business goals and target audience
• Manage the end-to-end execution of demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including email, paid media, content syndication, webinars, social media, content, and events
• Manage and execute all paid channels to optimize ROI and lead generation
• Collaborate with the sales, product, and creative teams to create compelling and relevant campaign messaging and assets
• Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance and ROI using data and insights
• Optimize and refine campaigns based on best practices and feedback
• Manage the campaign budget and allocate resources effectively

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• At least 10 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
• Proven track record of creating and executing successful demand generation campaigns that deliver Marketing qualified leads that convert to sales opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms like Marketo, Adobe Experience Platform, paid search platforms, ABM and Intent platforms, programmatic display and paid social platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
• Creative, strategic, and analytical thinker with a growth mindset
• The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $150,000 - $226,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
