RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Lab Test Engineer in Redmond, WA.
Responsibilities:
* Lab Test Engineer will maintain a set of machines in a laboratory setting
* Implement automation to maintain lab hardware using ADO CI/CD
* Write automation to manage the lifecycle of machines in Azure and On-Prem. Troubleshoots hardware and software problems as required
* May install software and run some automated tests based on a clear set of instructions
* As a Lab Test Engineer, you will provide status reports on test scenarios, lab machines and configurations
* Moving and lifting of hardware maybe required
REQUIREMENTS:
* Some Lab experience - 2 years
* Experience with Azure (using and automating with Azure, XML, writing with PowerShell, being able to work within the Azure environment) - 2 years
* Experience setting up computer hardware, installing/upgrading software and operating systems required
* SDLC understanding (building and testing) - 2 years
* General knowledge of personal computers, applications software, and/or operating systems required
* Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills required
* Advanced to Expert level PowerShell skills required
* Experience with Mac and Linux a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
