- Manage and oversee daily office operations
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with payroll processing and employee timekeeping
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheet reconciliation
- Utilize Quicbooks and Clover POS software for financial record keeping and reporting
- Provide administrative support to staff members
- Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks
- Conduct bank reconciliation on a regular basis
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
- Proficient in using accounting software, such as Quickbooks
- Familiarity with technical accounting principles and practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Knowledge of governmental and corporate accounting standards
- Proficient in 10-key typing for data entry purposes
