We are seeking to add a Data Entry Clerk/Office Assistant to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, database management, file maintenance, and record keeping.

Responsibilities:

• Enter variety of data using current technology
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry
• Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
• Review and enter data updates in the systems
• Review discrepancies in data received
• Advise supervisor of issues related to data
• Review quotes for accuracy and correct data
• Help answer phones when needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
• Excellent typing skills 40wpm with few errors
• Must be computer literate and able to use different database platforms such as Excel and HubSpot
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Customer service experience

Full time position with full benefits. Year end and quarterly bonus's when goals are met. Hours are Monday through Friday 8 to 5 or 6. Must be able to work overtime when needed. Growing company looking for dependable people to join our team. Fun fast paced environment, great employees.
