KETER NORTH AMERICA is Hiring a Human Resources Manager Near Holland, PA

Summary:

Reporting to the VP of HR for North America, the Human Resources Manager for Keter’s Casual Living Unlimited (CLU) / Trigon Manufacturing business will execute HR strategy across two plants and functional areas within the HR department including talent and performance management, recruiting, organization design, employee relations, learning and development, benefits, regulatory compliance, and HR reporting and analytics.

In This Position, You Will Have the Opportunity to:

  • Drive strategic HR leadership for the CLU/Trigon plants in all HR functional areas, programs, and practices such as talent management, staffing, on-boarding, succession planning, employee relations, performance management, organization effectiveness, compensation administration, employee wellness, learning and development, HR policies, workers compensation, etc.
  • Partner with the organization to enhance business results by enabling a positive culture and driving strategies that increase levels of employee engagement with diligent and high ethical standards
  • Influence change and innovation to advance the business. Work closely with plant leadership teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs and drive and change initiatives for sustained improved performance.
  • Manage full cycle recruiting initiatives including organizational design, sourcing , recruiting, and exceptional on-boarding while continually assessing processes and tools to improve recruitment in the plant. Monitor recruiting effectiveness related to cost, timeliness, quality, and retention. Partner with local community organizations to develop and improve employees’ competencies and skills for the company.
  • Drive processes related to the company’s performance management program.
  • Manage employee engagement efforts through regular employee surveys, gap analysis and engagement strategy development and deployment.
  • Consult, recommend, and identify organizational development and learning needs. Work with the management team to identify development needs and resources.
  • Measure and drive improvement of key HR metrics/scorecard.
  • Be an active member of the North American Human Resources team and lead select region-wide HR initiatives.
  • Ensure efforts are synchronized with regional and/or global HR initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence with all federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Requirements:

What You Need To Succeed:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field is preferred.
  • 5 years of Human Resources experience including a minimum of 2 years leading all aspects of HR in a manufacturing environment or multiple smaller environments.
  • Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or similar certification preferred.
  • Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of Human Resources strategy and administration.
  • Exceptional identification, attraction and assessment capabilities including the ability to manage the full life-cycle search processes, working with outside search partners, candidates, and internal clients.
  • Experience in developing and recruiting technical talent via internships or local educational systems.
  • Strong skills in using MS Office Suite (including Word, Excel, and Power Point).
  • Hands-on HRIS experience required including Core HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance.
  • The ability to build strong relationships and establish strong interpersonal connections at all levels of the organization; treat others with respect; conduct business, internally and externally with professionalism and tact; and establish rapport and trust at all levels.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • To be an enthusiastic, performance-driving individual who will pursue excellence in translating the employer brand passion, vision/mission of the organization into operational, quantitative Human Resources plans, goals, and schedules for improvement.
  • The ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion when managing sensitive employee information.
  • Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks and demands.
