Savencia Cheese USA Career Center is Hiring a Human Resources Assistant, Part-Time Near Holland, PA
Savencia Cheese USA is looking for a dynamic individual to fill our role of Human Resources Assistant. This is a part-time, 20 hour a week position, with flexible hours (must be available Mondays for orientations). Starting pay is commensurate with experience and education.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the process of recruitment, including vetting candidates, scheduling, and assisting with interviews.
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and onboarding.
- Enter employee data into software platforms and spreadsheet management.
- Use amazing interpersonal and organizational skills to complete administrative tasks and projects including filing, benefits administration, attendance tracking, etc.
Competencies and Skills:
- Strong communication and computer skills (Word, Excel)
- Commitment and ability to maintain confidential information
- Detail oriented and organized
- Previous HR experience preferred
- Kronos experience desirable
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) desirable
