Keller Williams Realty is Hiring a Business Development Coordinator Near Ogden, UT

The Business Development Coordinator is crucial to our team’s operations, tasked with managing incoming leads and executing outbound calls to both cold prospects and warm database leads. Our primary focus is in the real estate and real estate investing world. This role suits an individual who is ambitious, disciplined, enjoys a structured/routined work environment, and excels at communicating over the phone. Daily tasks include making a high volume of outbound calls to cold prospects (expired listings FSBOs) and warm leads from our database who have previously expressed interest in our services. This position involves no face-to-face, in-person client interactions.

Compensation:

$100,000 - $120,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Management: Promptly answer incoming calls from leads, converting them into appointments, and actively make outbound calls to expired listings, FSBOs, and other potential seller leads through cold prospecting efforts. Outbound follow-ups to our warm database leads are required as well.
  • Outbound Communication: Engage in high-volume outbound calls daily, maintaining a positive and client-focused approach. Ability to make 250 dials per day using a dialer and headset.
  • Follow-Up Communication: Utilize the CRM system for effective follow-up with potential clients via calls, text, and email, maintaining professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks as directed by the Director of Sales to support team operations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention, ensuring adherence to best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Must have an active real estate license in the state of UT in good standing, or be willing to obtain one within 90 days of hire. Professionals in the mortgage, title, insurance or related sales industries are encouraged to apply!
  • Proven experience in business development/phone sales/appointment setting and/or sales, preferably within the real estate and/or mortgage industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging in meaningful interactions with potential clients.
  • A disciplined and ambitious individual who appreciates structure and can manage a high volume of calls daily.
  • Must be able to handle rejection over the phone and navigate rebuttals and sometimes challenging conversations.
  • Excellent listening skills, attention to detail, and organizational capabilities.
  • Must be extremely professional on the phone.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Google products.
  • Team-oriented, with a readiness to undertake various tasks as needed.
  • Be coachable, open to kind, constructive feedback, and have a growth abundance mindset.
  • Ability and desire to learn scripts and language patterns; actively participate in script role-play practice daily with the team.
