General Summary
The KEEN Effect Community Impact Manager works to maximize the organization's positive impact by leading the company's philanthropy strategy, including the management of strategic partners and annual grant program(s). The Community Impact Manager is responsible for bringing values to life internally, by managing internal volunteerism, hosting and attending relevant events, and serving as the lead for climate-related disaster response within the organization. The Community Impact Manager serves as a bridge for cross-functional teams to ensure the company's DEI goals and initiatives are achieved.

Base Salary: $105,000 - $115,500 yearly
This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: experience, knowledge and skills, and location.
