Key Property Services is Hiring an Assistant Community Manager Near Portland, OR

We are seeking an experienced and professional Assistant Community Manager for a brand new, 206 unit, affordable apartment community in Portland, OR.

Location: Portland, OR.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Commensurate with experience and skills

Responsible for the overall operations and organization of the property including supervision of all property personnel, administrative duties, adhering to all Federal, State and local laws, maintaining positive relationships with the residents of the property, and ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed.

Education and/or Experience:

  • 2 years previous experience as Community Manager
  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • HUD, LIHTC, and Affordable Housing: (Highly Preferred)
  • Current real estate license is beneficial.
  • Familiar with federal, state, and jurisdictional laws and regulations concerning multi-family housing, fair housing, and employee safety.

401(k) Retirement plan with employer match, Medical, Dental, EAP, life and AD&D, 15 paid holidays, 16 annual days of PTO (prorated by hire date). Increases to 22 days of PTO after 2 years of employment.
