Kayak Pools, the leader in the industry is in search of a dedicated Client Services Associate based in our Corporate headquarters in Broad Ripple, this position offers the potential for growth within our organization. We're seeking an individual who possesses strong phone and computer skills and is eager to contribute to our team's success.

As a Client Services Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring quality customer service for our swimming pool customers. From answering phones, addressing inquiries, resolving issues to managing paperwork, your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks. The ideal candidate will possess keen problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Addressing customer inquiries regarding all aspects of our Kayak Award Winning Pool.
- Generating estimates, quality customer service and communicating with our teams in the field.
- Cultivating and nurturing positive relationships with customers to ensure our reputation for excellence.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in an office setting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively amidst.
- This is an in-office position.
- Willing to train the right candidate.
