As a Client Associate at Maverick Solutions, you'll serve as the linchpin between our firm and our esteemed clients, guaranteeing top-notch service and satisfaction throughout the event planning and execution process. Your responsibilities will encompass client relationship management, event coordination, logistical oversight, and post-event evaluation. We're seeking individuals with stellar communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a fervent dedication to supporting charitable causes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison for assigned clients, nurturing positive relationships through regular communication and responsiveness to inquiries and requests.

  • Event Planning and Coordination: Collaborate closely with clients to ascertain their objectives for fundraising events, assisting in the formulation of event plans and timelines to realize these goals.

  • Logistics Management: Oversee event logistics, from venue selection to vendor management and equipment rental, ensuring seamless and successful event execution.

  • Communication and Documentation: Prepare and disseminate event-related materials such as agendas, schedules, and contracts, while maintaining meticulous records of client communications and agreements.

  • On-Site Support: Provide on-site assistance during fundraising events, overseeing setup, managing logistics, and promptly addressing any issues or concerns to ensure a positive experience for all involved.

  • Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct thorough post-event evaluations with clients to solicit feedback, assess event success, and pinpoint areas for improvement in future events.

Qualifications:
