We are currently seeking a Client Services Associate who will be responsible for processing all order types and determining requirements, answering inquiries, solving problems, fulfilling requests, and maintaining current and accurate information in all databases.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Handle daily call volume and order processing
• Maintain effective communication with customers to assist with order inquiries
• Provide efficient response and resolution to all customer requests

The required qualifications for the job include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• At least 1 year experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with Oracle systems
• SharePoint experience

The hourly range for this role is $19-22. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
