Software Sales Account Manager
Full-time Position

Job Description
We are looking for sales reps with experience in a highly metrics-driven, fast-paced sales environment- people who are passionate about sales, hungry, and eager to earn big rewards for peak performance in a highly collaborative environment
Account Managers will:
  • Establish a trusted advisor relationship through consultative selling to achieve and expand customer accounts resulting in upsells, cross-sells, and consistent renewals
  • Meet or exceed activity metrics for daily, monthly and quarterly targets such as outbound calls, appointments set, opportunities added, and revenue goals
  • Design and implement sales plans to provide additional client solutions with the abilities and skills to close new revenue opportunities through a consultative selling style approach

  • Excellent ability to establish rapport and connect with leads to close transactions, follow up with existing leads in the pipeline, and maintain relationships with established accounts
  • Salesforce or other CRM knowledge

  • Results-oriented, driven, organized and strong attention to detail
  • A contagiously positive, self-starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations as part of a highly competitive, highly collaborative team
