The HR Generalist plays a crucial role in supporting the efficient operations of various HR processes including talent acquisition, employee relations, contract renewals, performance management, and providing backup support on credentialing and certifications. The position will collaborate closely with leadership, employees, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance, efficiency, and a positive employee experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Must have knowledge of and comply with the policies and procedures contained in the Kalamazoo RESA handbook.

Certificates, License, Registration:
HR-related certification is desirable but not required.
Other Skill & Abilities:
