Job Title: Project Manager (XVIII ABC Innovation Outpost Support)

Job Description:

Kaimetrix is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to provide crucial support for the XVIII ABC Innovation Outpost project. This role will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating various mission areas, with a primary focus on serving as the construction support integrator for ITFIT/AVFIT Design and Implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construction Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for overseeing construction activities related to the Innovation Outpost project, collaborating closely with XVIII ABC teams, including Engineers and G6, to meet project requirements and ensure successful construction and implementation.

• Sustainment Planning: Collaborate with the Government to develop the Innovation Outpost sustainment plan, operations standard operating procedures (SOPs), and cross-organizational utilization plans to ensure the long-term efficiency and effectiveness of the facility.

• Innovation Pipeline: Work alongside the EM and XVIII ABC Innovation team to actively support the maintenance and expansion of the Innovation pipeline, contributing to the continuous growth and development of innovative projects.

• Guidance Documents: Assist the Government by generating and maintaining Innovation guidance documents, ensuring that established procedures are adhered to by all organizations within the Innovation space.

• Project Management: Collaborate with the Government integrator team, applying project management principles, including the use of Gantt charts, critical path analysis, and stakeholder update briefs. Actively manage the ecosystem tracker to track contract due-outs, ensuring the timely delivery of deliverables in accordance with standards.

• Critical Path Management: Ensure there are no logic breaks within the critical path, providing program timelines and proactively identifying critical path violations, and notifying the Government of necessary command decision points.

• Documentation: Maintain and complete documentation to the required standard, preparing documents for key leader engagements, cross-organizational requirements, and internal record management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Proven experience in project management, with expertise in construction support and integration preferred.

• Strong understanding of project management principles, including Gantt charts, critical path analysis, and stakeholder communication.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.

• Familiarity with government project management processes and regulations is a plus.
