Threat Tec, LLC, a Veteran-Owned Small Business, has an immediate opening for a Component-Level Program Analyst (CLPA) to join our growing company in Fort Bragg, NC. 

SUMMARY:

The Component-level Program Analyst will apply expert level SOF and Service training, policy, readiness, and personnel management expertise to support tracking program progress, developing process improvements, assisting improvement implementation, and measuring effectiveness of organizational command LREC program changes. The Analyst will provide senior level lead analysis support directly for the US 1st SFC Command Language Program Manager.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Review and analyze LREC education and training regulations for understanding and application to 1st SFC LREC programs.
  • Collaborate with senior staff members from USSOCOM and USASOC, as well as industry and government communities, on functional and technical teams to promote understanding of enterprise data, potential quality issues, and required measurements with regard to LREC programs.
  • Organize and facilitate data workshops and technical interchange meetings with representation from multiple teams and subject matter experts.
  • Support the Government in the management, synchronization, and coordination of all activities to ensure maximum participation of each training activity.
  • Evaluate progress toward meeting the organization's goals and provide recommendations as required for adjustments in objectives, work plans, schedules, and commitment of resources.
  • Draft and review documentation, provide corrections to documentation, and review corrected draft in final format for signature. Compile data as required, prepare reports, and create presentations suitable for senior audiences (military grades O6 to O9).
  • Shall be proficient with data entry and database maintenance, MS Office applications, and local area networks.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Command or staff experience in a Special Operation Forces organization at the O6 or higher command-level
  • Experience developing or modifying policy to achieve specific personnel improvements 
  • Develop and present information and courses of action to decision makers 
  • Assess resources, processes and developing courses of action to optimize results 
  • Top Secret Clearance required 
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field or extensive experience performing any of the tasks above 
  • Command or staff experience in a SOF organization at the O6 or higher command-level 
  • Experience developing or modifying policy to achieve specific personnel improvements; developing and presenting information and courses of action to decision makers; and assessing resources, processes and developing courses of action to optimize results. 
  • Top Secret clearance is required upon entry into position 

TRAVEL:

  • Up to two weeks of travel per month may be required. Contractor will be required to maintain telephone and email contact during travel.
