Red Feather Lounge, is looking for a serious, experienced, and hungry kitchen professional to act as Sous Chef: a manager that supports the Executive Chef in managing our back of house staff, menu development, and standards of service. This position is 80% leadership in the kitchen, and 20% administrative. Red Feather Lounge is a Cocktail-focused, seasonally-inspired Northwest Gastropub. Our food should feature high levels of execution and sourcing, with low levels of fuss or pretense.
