Just All About You Inc are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with females who have disabilities providing support and implementing behavior plans to promote positive change. ```Duties```
- Provide direct support and intervention to individuals with behavioral health needs
- Assist individuals in developing and practicing coping skills
- Collect data on behaviors and progress towards goals
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
- Assist with medication administration as directed by medical professionals
- Document all interactions and interventions accurately and timely
```Qualifications```
- Experience working with children or individuals with behavioral health needs preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to behavioral health
- Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques
- Understanding of special education principles and practices
- Ability to collect and analyze data effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
