Location: Scottsdale/ Phoenix
Pay: $18.00 an hour.
Schedules: PRN
SIGN ON BONUS: $100
REFERRAL BONUS: $50

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school Diploma or GED.
  • 1 Year of Behavioral Health experience or related job experience.
  • CPR/BLS.
  • TB TEST.
  • AZ fingerprint clearance card.
  • 10 Panel drug test.
