About Back to Life, Incorporated
BTL is a 24/7/365 not-for-profit agency that provides behavioral health treatment services for youth and their families throughout Arizona and inter counties for over the past 16 years! We operate a residential behavioral health facility in our community throughout the West Valley for youth boys age ranging from 8-17 years old that present with high risk and complex emotional and behavioral problems.
BTL provides intensive and specialized treatment for youth referred Department of Child Safety, Regional or Tribal Behavioral Health Authorities or by other state child placement agencies for emotional problems and /or serious behavior disorders. BTL has been a provider of residential treatment services since 2006 and currently operate 2 residential behavioral health homes.
Behavioral Health Technician DESCRIPTION
Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT and BHPP) provide direct supervision, behavior management and strategic treatment interventions for youth in residence. At BTL, our BHT and BHPP's are trained and supported to build helping relationships with troubled youth in a therapeutic community. BHT and BHPP's are an integral part of our treatment team that includes therapists, psychiatrists, nurses, teachers, and administrators, all of whom share a single vision of BTL as a place of healing and hope.
Behavioral Health Technician’s must meet the minimum state licensing requirement for Behavioral Health Technician.
Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
Arizona State Drivers Licenses
Social Security Card
Physical and TB year to date
Education- High School Diploma, GED, College Transcripts
First Aid and CPR

All positions at Back to Life, Inc. are safety sensitive positions as defined in ARS § 23-439. Therefore, the company prohibits the use, sale, manufacture, distribution or possession of alcohol, drugs, controlled substances, medical marijuana, or drug paraphernalia on any and all segments of the company premises, company owned vehicles, or personal vehicles used for company business or parked on company property. BTL is a drug-free-smoke free zone with zero tolerance for violators.
Candidates must attend 8 hours (2 days) of paid training.
