DESCRIPTION:
The GKA Manager role requires an individual to enhance the customer’s experience by providing best supply chain solutions, address customer’ objections/rejections, and project management skills. This requires the ability to expand customer value to JUSDA SCM by increasing customer loyalty and improving key profitability metrics. Successful candidates are well versed in building relationships internally and externally, in influencing, and in managing change. Much of this individual’s success will be based on their ability to build deep and lasting relationships with clients and internal employees, and customer retention with improved metrics.
