Job Summary:
Judit is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for our client, a Premier W.B.E Construction Rental Company. The ideal candidate would have experience using QuickBooks and intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-look ups).

LOCATION: Farmingdale, NY

JOB TYPE: Contract to Hire

Responsibilities:

• Invoice Processing – Receive and review invoices for accuracy and completeness. Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Enter invoices into QuickBooks accurately and in a timely manner.

Communicate with vendors regarding invoice discrepancies, payment status, and other inquiries

• Prepare and process payments by check or electronic transfer.

Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in accounts payable
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
• Ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity in handling sensitive financial information.
