Description: We are looking for an experienced sales associate. The primary objective of this position is to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers This position plays a key role in the client relationship beginning with the initial contact and future sales. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from cold calling and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal.

Pay: $55,000 Base Salary Commission

Qualifications:

1. Highly motivated and target driven
2. Willing to constantly meet new people and promote our services
3. Build and qualify leads from various sources
4. Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales AccountExecutive or similar role
5. Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
6. Track record of achieving sales quotas
7. Experience with CRM software and process
8. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
9. Has a professional demeanor 

Essential Functions:

1. Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
2. Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
3. Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
4. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
5. Set up meetings or calls with prospective client
6. Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing
7. Attend in-person networking events to gain contacts
8. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
9. Track the status of all leads in our CRM/PSA system
10. Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
