Firmwide AI Management (FAIM) is the strategy execution arm for J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.’s Chief Analytics Office. The team is responsible for developing insights that form the AI/ML strategy for the firm, planning and executing on the programs aligned with that strategy, and designing the platforms infrastructure needed to measure, monitor, and support all AI/ML deployment across the firm. The team reports directly to the Co-Chief Analytics Officers and has accountability to various senior executives across the firm as well as the Operating Committee. With more than 2,000 Data & Analytics practitioners globally and over 1,100 active AI/ML use cases, the objective of the team is to further enhance the firmwide adoption of AI/ML, improve the pace of deployment and the benefit to the business.

Position Summary

The Firmwide AI Management (FAIM) team is seeking a talented candidate to join a small and growing team responsible for firmwide AI/ML financial analytics and reporting on AI/ML adoption. The successful candidate will have a strategic mindset and an ability to partner and build relationships with an interdisciplinary group of stakeholders across the business, technology, risk management and the data science community. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver metrics and reporting on the firmwide inventory of AI/ML Use Cases, including the on-going management of reporting capabilities and liaison with firmwide risk and controls partners.
• Engage in working groups, problem solving and brainstorming sessions that prepare analysis to support leadership decision making.
• Develop relationships with key AI/ML related functions firmwide, establishing a network and an understanding of the stakeholders engaged in responsible AI/ML development practices.
• Maintain governing documents owned by the Chief Analytics Office related to the governance over AI/ML to ensure they are updated on a periodic basis and align with evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practice.
• Take an active role in the planning and execution of firmwide AI/ML events led by FAIM.
• Perform ad-hoc product and operational analysis to identify opportunities related to AI/ML adoption, impact, efficiencies etc.
• Support information gathering for regulatory requests and coordinate senior management reviews.
• Manage the systems and processes for AI/ML financial analytics, while looking for opportunities to improve the operating model and effectiveness of reporting.

Minimum Experience and Education

• 2-4 years of experience in product or strategy role within a complex and dynamic environment.
• Experience with analytical techniques
• Demonstrated strategic and commercial mindset, analytical abilities, and deep intellectual curiosity.
• Ability to define and drive a delivery roadmap inclusive of milestone deliveries and the associated status reporting.
• Anticipates and resolves issues with a sense of urgency.
• Adapts to a rapidly changing business and technical environment.
• Familiarity with AI/ML and/ or technology management processes.
• A great team player.
• Experience in Financial Services industry preferred.
