As a Sales Strategy Senior Associate with in the Firm’s Consumer and Community Banking’s division, you will be working alongside sales professionals and senior leaders, solving problems and driving results. You will be a part of a team driving projects forward, and providing actionable insights to our senior leadership. 

We are a collaborative, action-oriented team responsible for defining and driving sales strategy, enabling our sales professionals to deliver for clients and building partnerships across the whole of JPMorgan Chase. We are also responsible for leading key initiatives that will help shape the business. 

This is a dynamic role that will require a strong work ethic and positive attitude, as well as flexibility and a collaborative approach. You will have the opportunity to work with colleagues from across the business.

Job Responsibilities 

• Act as a key partner to the wider sales strategy team helping to ensure sales readiness and effectiveness 
• Provide a high level of responsiveness to requests related to project management and presentation development
• Organize information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques
• Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps
• Project manage and deliver key projects and tasks
• Collect and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites, like SharePoint
• Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and other stakeholders, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills 

• 3 years of relevant experience, in a sales related, analytical or business management role
• Proven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders. 
• Demonstrated ability in dealing with different stakeholder groups and driving the agenda
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong time management and prioritization abilities

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area preferred
• Intermediate level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence
