As a Commercial Banking Event Specialist Analyst, you will be part to implement and deliver world class events for our clients and prospects by leveraging strategic marketing plans that increase sales and grow market share for Commercial Banking. You will work closely with Consumer Banking Client Engagement and Events partners to assist in venue sourcing, processing and tracking contracts, completing payments, and entering final KPIs as well as other supporting operations function for the Event Production team. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Support Client Engagement and Events efforts for various areas of Commercial Banking as part of the Event Production team.

• Venue sourcing for appropriate event venues that meet or exceed program specifications. Consolidating findings in a clear and concise manner and be able to present finding to partners and business partners.

• Process fully executed contracts in the appropriate internal repository based on auditing guidelines.

• Complete venue, contractor, and sponsorship payments quickly and accurately as outlined in contracts.

• Maintain accurate event metrics in appropriate internal systems through the life of the events to ensure that data is relevant and precise.

• Work independently on multiple programs and tasks supporting event-related projects with different Event Production partners.

• Work with closely with Strategic partners to provide reporting and data quickly and efficiently.

• Assist with attendee invitation management for larger and more complex events as needed.

• Identify areas for continued process improvement and efficiencies.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• 2 years of project management, business management, analytics or hospitality services 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to deliver messages clearly and succinctly

• Expertise with Excel (data manipulation and analysis, equations, etc.) and PowerPoint (creating and editing presentations)

• Ability to manage projects across businesses, functions, and geographic locations

• Highly organized, detail oriented, forward-thinking, and proactive

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines

• High degree of professionalism and flexibility

• Demonstrates discretion and good judgment

• Proactive self-starter, ability to work both independently and as a team member

• Limited domestic travel
