As a Commercial Card Early Engagement Relationship Manager you will be responsible for guiding a portfolio of approximately 650 newly onboarded Commercial Card clients through their 1st year journey. Your primary objectives will be to communicate early and often with our clients to optimize adoption, growth and resource navigation for their Commercial Card Program. Early Engagement Relationship Managers cultivate strong relationships with both the clients in their assigned portfolio and with internal partners to achieve growth and adoption goals. It is their responsibility to maintain high customer satisfaction levels through consistent and meaningful contact, informative account reviews, sharing of best practices, partnering with service and operations teams to resolve issues, and leading structured spend optimization efforts.
