As a Commercial Card Early Engagement Relationship Manager you will be responsible for guiding a portfolio of approximately 650 newly onboarded Commercial Card clients through their 1st year journey. Your primary objectives will be to communicate early and often with our clients to optimize adoption, growth and resource navigation for their Commercial Card Program. Early Engagement Relationship Managers cultivate strong relationships with both the clients in their assigned portfolio and with internal partners to achieve growth and adoption goals. It is their responsibility to maintain high customer satisfaction levels through consistent and meaningful contact, informative account reviews, sharing of best practices, partnering with service and operations teams to resolve issues, and leading structured spend optimization efforts.

Job Responsibilities

• Proactive development and execution of client expansion and adoption strategies
• Focus on overall client experience and scorecard objectives
• Building strong internal partnerships and alignment with Banking & Treasury Services (TS) partners

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• In-depth product knowledge in the Finance, Payables and/or Commercial Card industry
• Proven client relationship skills
• Demonstrable track record of exceptional client experience with measurable results and the ability to proactively build relationships and trust with clients
• Experience in successfully managing multiple client and internal stakeholder relationships concurrently
• Excellent communication and presentations skills with experience presenting to C-Level executives
• Proven ability to innovate, problem solve, and develop customized solutions to client issues and challenges
• Strong negotiation skills
• Self-Motivated
• Experience with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, and Zoom. Ability to learn and use JPM proprietary platforms and solutions quickly and effectively

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Bachelor's degree and or 5 years of experience in Treasury Services/Sales/Account Management preferred
