The Chase Shopping team is creating an exciting new shopping destination for Chase customers that helps them level up how they shop and get more from the brands they love. We’re using the power of Chase to bring new inspiration, value and convenience to millions of people.
As a Product Manager in Offers & Shopping, you will be a key player in the design and development of the next generation shopping experience to deliver value to Chase customers beyond the core financial product features. You will help craft the product strategy, develop market-leading product innovation, and steer the Chase Shopping consumer experience evolution, and more. The ideal candidate has experience analyzing market trends, consumer research and behavior data to define, execute and monitor consumer experiences on mobile and web channels. This is an exciting opportunity to impact all aspects of the consumer shopping journey including intent capture, offer relevance/personalization, reward structures/fulfillment, loyalty programs, end-to-end shopping funnel (i.e. browse to post-checkout), and consumer communications such as alerts and emails.
