Johnson Landscape is Hiring an Office Assistant Near Kearney, NE

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Director of Operations and the Landscape Designer.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Checking out customers as needed
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or issues promptly
- Assist with office supply management and inventory control
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office is a plus
- Attention to detail and accuracy in note-taking
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
