We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join the team of a title insurance and real estate company in Lubbock!

This is a long-term temporary position

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties to support efficient operations within the organization.

Key responsibilities include preparing documents, reports, and transcribing notes for managers, scheduling meetings and travel arrangements, tracking expenses for the department, and maintaining an organized filing system.
