A Brief Overview

The Senior Advertising Analyst's key responsibilities and contribution to the company will be developing and delivering actionable insights and analysis on the understanding of how advertising and marketing impacts the customer experience and provides value to Safelite. Areas of specialization and focus include paid search, linear advertising, streaming advertising, or other advertising channels.

What you will do

• Manage relationships with internal teams, including but not limited to performance marketing, brand marketing, and external analytics vendors.

• Measure success of (ROI, conversion) and provide actionable insights to drive optimization and performance of our advertising.

• Lead analysis on A/B and MVT tests, compile results and present them to business stakeholders in a timely and consumable manner.

• Query large datasets using analytics software or SQL for applicable data and interpretation of results and analyses to identify trends/issues and develop recommendations to support business objectives.

• Create data collection methodologies and plans and provide recommended fixes as needed to ensure accuracy in all reporting and analysis needs.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Complies with all policies and standards.

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Analytics or related quantitative field Required

• Master's Degree in Statistics, Analytics or related quantitative field Preferred

Experience Qualifications

• 4-6 years Relevant experience Required

Skills and Abilities

• Ability to write SQL and experience using Analytics software such as R and Python.

• Ability to understand, contribute to, critically evaluate, and make recommendations for alterations

  to advertising analytics modeling such as media mix modeling, multi touch attribution, etc.

• Experience working with tag management in relation to advertising and A/B testing tools a plus.

• Familiarity with and understanding of any of the following digital marketing, CRM, advertisings channels.

• Proficient in Tableau, Snowflake, Salesforce and SQL
