Let us be the best place you'll ever work.A Brief OverviewThe Sr. Workforce Optimization Analyst conducts in-depth operational analyses to support business performance improvement. Supports Field and home office leaders in determining the impact of various business initiatives. Serves as a subject matter expert on field KPI's and other operational performance information. Works independently to perform work assignments. This role performs reporting and analysis to provide insights and recommendations to the team. Supports decision making through modeling and projections. Develops targets for key performance indicators, assesses trends, and identifies outliers to drive business results. Assists in workforce planning and offers guidance and training to field leaders. Supports operational initiatives and evaluates their effectiveness. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to address inquiries, resolve unique situations, and manage ad-hoc requests. Mentors team members. Individuals at this level are considered fully competent to independently perform work assignments.What you will doSupports workforce planning and performs advanced business analyses for retail locations.Provides insights and recommendations through timely and accurate reporting to field leaders and senior management. Evaluates trends and identifies outliers.Develops financial models to aid in investment decisions. Presents results to leadership across all areas of the business.Serves as subject matter expert on field KPIs and other operational performance information. Identifies risks and opportunities.Collaborates with field leaders and cross-functional partners to support business performance improvement.Creates models and projections. Presents results to leadership across all areas of the business.Develops a working knowledge of field processes, procedures, and best practices.Validates data accuracy by checking for errors, inconsistencies, or discrepancies. Works with other teams to resolved any issues that are identified and ensure that the data being used is reliable and trustworthy.Other duties assigned by management.Performs other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standardsEducation QualificationsBachelor's Degree Business administration, finance, economics, or computer science, or a related field. RequiredExperience Qualifications4-6 years Business analysis, data science, workforce planning, project management, or a related field. RequiredSkills and AbilitiesSuperior analytical skills, combined with business judgment and ability to communicate with a management team.Outstanding ability to communicate and interact with others, combined with exceptional organizational abilities, and a detail-oriented approach to completing tasks.Comfortability in working with assumptions and imperfect data.Team player with a positive attitude.Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Experience using business intelligence and reporting tools such as Tableau, Cognos, etc. a plus.Ability to manage tight deadlines, effectively prioritize efforts and achieve results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Our people are passionate about what they do, the product they sell, and the customers they serve.
