A Brief Overview

The Senior Digital Analyst's key responsibilities and contribution to the company will be developing and delivering actionable insights and analysis on the understanding of our customer's online and offline behavior and improving performance in our owned and earned properties. Areas of specialization and focus include digital properties and voice channels including contact center, IVR and smart speakers.

What you will do

• Measure success of (progression through the digital funnel, conversion) and provide actionable insights to drive optimization and performance of our digital propertiies in relation to the larger customer journey

• Lead analysis on A/B and MVT tests, compile results and present them to business stakeholders in a timely and consumable manner.

• Query large datasets using analytics software or SQL for applicable data and interpretation of results and analyses to identify trends/issues and develop recommendations to support business objectives.

• Manage relationships with internal teams, including but not limited to performance marketing, and external analytics vendors; identify appropriate data sources and measure project success

• Create data collection methodologies and plans and provide recommended fixes as needed to ensure accuracy of all reporting.

• Performs other duties as assigned

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Analytics or related quantitative field Required

• Master's Degree in Statistics, Analytics or related quantitative field Preferred

Experience Qualifications

• 4-6 years Relevant experience Required

Skills and Abilities

• Ability to write SQL and experience using Analytics software such as R or Python (High proficiency)

• Experience with any industry leading BI tools such as Tableau, Cognos or Salesforce (High proficiency)

• Experience working with industry leading web analytics i.e Google Analytics, tag management and A/B testing tools (High proficiency)

• Familiarity with and understanding of any of the following digital environments, CRM, digital media, voice based channels and technologies (Medium proficiency)
