About the role:
As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you’ll test and perfect the fintech products that will change the way people around the world pay, bank and invest. This critical role involves establishing compliance processes with your team and implementing a quality maturity roadmap for each IT functional area.
About the team:
What you will be doing:
• Reviewing progress with IT leadership, technical teams and internal customers.
• Monitoring, evaluating, managing and executing audit processes.
• Providing subject matter expertise to IT teams on quality assurance methodologies.
• Making recommendations for improvements to the software development process.
• Designing and monitoring performance metrics program for quality improvement.

• Set up the test framework and build and maintain automated test cases Web application components to improve quality and development velocity
• Write test cases and scenarios from the requirements/designs; manage bug tracking
• Work with our Product Management Team to define good acceptance criteria for our stories
• Perform testing using a variety of test methodologies including manual and automated testing by scripts.
• Proactively track both functional testing and regression testing status for each sprint release
• Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to analyze, debug and resolve any issues.
• Develop high-quality, end-to-end automation tests that match acceptance criteria and user scenarios.
• Be a key contributor to the continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines. Perform code reviews for your teammates. Help develop and build the test infrastructure with the DevOps team.

What you will need:
• In-depth knowledge of one or more end-to-end systems lifecycle development methodologies as well as quality management and improvement.
• A background with financial services industry practices, regulations and processes.
• Proficiency in quality management methods, tools and technologies.
• A bachelor’s in computer science, information systems, business administration or other related discipline, or the equivalent experience
