Job Description
Liaise with managers and clients to assist with project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goals Coordinate internal and external resources for meetings, project planning sessions and off-site events Analyze project progress and budgets ensuring team adheres to each Coordinate cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment with People and Culture, Risk, Legal and Communications Achieve organizational goals while adhering to standards and best practices Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement Develop and maintain project performance database that tracks overall progress and achievement of milestones Develop and maintain all documentation required for project delivery and audit Monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables output Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalate issues according to project work plan Experience in coordinating teams and clients Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills Managing budgets for projects a plus Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in relevant field Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) a plus Experience in the Payments Industry a plus
