Salary: $105,000 - $130,000 per year

Job Details

• Preferably with 12-20 years of overall commercial construction experience
• 5 years as PM running multiple projects ranging from $10-40M each
• Ground up, commercial and/or industrial experience preferred
• Must have core strengths and competencies in safety, quality, schedule, cost and client satisfaction
• Must be versed in buyout/contract management; change order management, schedule development and managing project risks
• Must be a strong steward of the company’s finances and focused on improving the profit margins on every projec
• Must has proven experience in leading a team and working successfully with the Project Superintendent(s).
