Description:
- We are currently seeking a Project Manager with 10-15 years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager
- Candidates should have experience managing $10M projects that are ground up multifamily projects (preferred)
- The Project Manager will be 75% in office and 25% in the field
- They will be leading 1-2 teams for 2 different projects, work with the Superintendent, estimate own jobs, attend OAC meetings, complete site walks, etc.
- This company offers a great small-team environment - they understand we all have families and hobbies outside of work and they encourage work-life balance
- Camaraderie is important and they often host team-building events and other activities
- Based out of Downtown Denver

Qualifications:
