BA Degree is required, preferably in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. 3-5 Lighting Product Development and linear architectural lighting is a huge plus! A strong understanding of the lighting industry and lighting products is required.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Able to demonstrate the capability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication skills
• Capable of communicating with multiple departments throughout the day
• Translate market trends and strategic insights into long term product planning, to support business plans in terms of growth and profitability.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of Architectural Linear specification grade lighting market and products.
• Responsible for financials, business case, product lifecycle management and overall portfolio administration.
• Lead cross-function teams in a matrix environment. Agility to work in an intercontinental environment, and able to drive best outcome from the team.
• Accountable for establishing product delivery schedules in coordination with sales, marketing, development, and operations to successfully release new products on time and within budget.
• Work closely with sales team to develop distribution channels and attend customer internal sales meetings.
• Participate in Product Line Reviews for retail channel to drive efforts and growth.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to provide technical guidance for proper sales enablement functions, assist with packaging design, and proofreading technical content for all customer-facing print and digital marketing collateral.
• Creating selling tools, defining product features and benefits, differentiators, how to counter objections, applications of use, etc., to support the sales team and manufacturing reps in the field.
