Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and relationship building with new and current clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities
- Conduct outside sales visits to potential and existing clients
- Provide technical sales support to customers as needed
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably with woodworking knowledge
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Proficiency with CRM software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to conduct successful outside sales visits
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong customer service orientation
