The PROPs Team Coordinator assists the Clinical Team Manager in providing leadership and support to the PROPs team. The Coordinator will provide consultation, mentoring and support to all service providers within the PROPs Team and is supervised directly by the PROPs Clinical Team Manager. The Coordinator also leads the hiring, interview and onboarding process for new PROPs staff and students. This position will evaluate and improve programmatic needs including program expansion, training new staff, and quality assurance efforts. The PROPs Team Coordinator reports directly to the PROPs Clinical Team Manager. Annual billable hours expectation: 960 hours.
