Salary Range: $43,821.00 - $65,731.00 Salary
Travel Percentage: Up to 25%

Description

We are seeking an administrative Program Coordinator who can support our Training and Technical Services team empower energy efficiency and building professionals to implement clean energy solutions.

Our ideal Program Coordinator has the skills needed to support a dynamic team deliver high-quality training and technical services throughout Wisconsin. We need your attention to detail and organization skills to support information processing, data tracking and material development and maintenance. Through facilitation of program processes and the use of electronic video and survey tools and an online learning management system, you will help to elevate our impact, inclusion, development, and mission goals. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds who are driven by the mission of our non-profit organization. Our physical offices are in Madison, WI and this role will allow you to travel- up to three days monthly -to spread our impact throughout the state of Wisconsin.

Objectives of this Role 

  • Coordinate processes and activities to ensure client satisfaction, exceptional service, and program success
  • Review, edit, and format documents and information
  • Coordinate continuing education unit (CEU) and certification processes
  • Actively participate in event coordination and logistics including, but not limited to, scheduling, material delivery, attendee tracking, event setup, event administration, and working events
  • Create, high quality reports thorough data compilation and tracking
  • Communicate with multiple departments across the organization to ensure consistency and timeliness

Qualifications


Skills and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree– or equivalent professional experience
  • 3-5 years of work-related experience beneficial 
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proven experience with prioritizing, organization, and multi-tasking 
  • Solid grasp of problem-solving techniques with the ability to work independently and as a key member of the team 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products and databases
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to be analytical
  • Ability to travel throughout Wisconsin up to 3 days per month
