JMA Pediatrics is Hiring a Manager, Human Resources Near Raleigh, NC

JMA Pediatrics is a premiere pediatric practice in North Carolina. We are known as an innovative leader in pediatric health and wellness through our unsurpassed quality, clinical care, and compassion for children and their families.

Human Resource Manager

Multi-site outpatient medical practice looking for a HR Manager to join our executive management team! Working with our dedicated and experienced management team, you will perform activities in human resources, including benefits management, labor and regulatory guidance, leadership and support for recruiting, onboarding and retaining high quality staff and team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership coaching and development of supervisors and managers·
  • Provide expertise and support to supervisors and managers with on-boarding and training processes for new employees
  • Maintain up to date employment practices and appropriate employee handbook
  • Oversite of negotiations and selection of benefit providers, administering and processing employee benefits for over 200 employees
  • Provide management with requested reports and documents
  • Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and other practice related activities
  • Accurately maintain employee files

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Human Resources and Benefits Administration
  • Experience utilizing employee development to foster collaboration, improve operations, and enhance productivity
  • Knowledge of labor and employment laws
  • Team player, able to collaborate with and support supervisors and managers
  • Ability to build rapport with all employees
  • Experience aligning HR strategies with the overall business objectives
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy and ability to develop check and balance systems
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize, a sense of urgency, flexibility, and a positive approach to problem solving within a fast paced environment
  • Proven track record of Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work in a highly variable work environment
  • Desire and ability to take on special projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
