Thriving Greek concept in Miami, FL is looking to add an Assistant General Manager to their team!

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in hospitality management, with specific experience in high-volume restaurants or nightlife settings.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong operational acumen with a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with guests, employees, and management.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the dynamics of a vibrant nightlife venue.

Responsibilities:

• Operational Support: Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant and nightlife venue. Ensure operational efficiency and excellence in all aspects of the venue.
• Leadership and Staff Management: Aid in managing employees across various departments, ensuring team cohesion and high morale. Assist in training new hires and provide ongoing training for existing employees.
• Guest Experience: Actively engage with guests to collect feedback, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a memorable experience aligns with the upscale and energetic ambiance of Kiki on the River.
• Financial Oversight: Assist in budget management, including labor costs, inventory, and expenses. Ensure financial objectives set by the General Manager are met.
• Compliance: Help maintain compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards. Ensure the team adheres to all legal and company regulations regarding service and hospitality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
