Jefferson Health is Hiring a HRIS Analyst Near Philadelphia, PA
Responsibilities:
- Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson
- Analyze business end-user needs, document requirements and translate into proper business user specifications.
- Consult with business end-users regarding issue management, business process design and business optimization.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the Jefferson's time and attendance system from a functional configuration perspective.
- Responsible for functional product knowledge of HR applications and assist and educate end-users on the use of the system, including reporting tools
- Support and apply the appropriate project management methodology.
- Ensure project and production support success through timely issue resolution and proactive assistance and monitoring of deliverables.
Master’s preferred; Oracle/PeopleSoft HCM Certification preferred
