Overview:
Jeff Martin Auctioneers is one of the fastest growing auctioneering businesses in the nation because folks from all over "experience the difference we provide. With this growth, we are seeking a skilled Help Desk Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced It professional that posseses an A certification as well as solid understanding of Microsoft 365. They will provide technical support and assistance to our internal users, ensuring smooth operation of all systems and applications.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop hardware and software issues
- Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Assist with technical issues related to Microsoft 365
-Help prevent that back log of IT office tasks
- Assist with onboarding and off boarding employees by managing forms associated with it
- Support network connectivity including VPN, Meraki, and other remote access solutions
Experience:
- 2-3 years Previous experience in desktop support or IT support role
- Proficiency in troubleshooting a variety of technical issues
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365
-A Certification
- Understanding of network connectivity solutions like VPN and Meraki
- Willingness to travel 10-25% of the time to our other locations
