The experienced Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals.

Job Responsibilities

• Following order entry process and providing proactive updates on order status to accelerate billing process.
• Engaging, interacting, and responding in a prompt, accurate, courteous, and poised manner to encourage positive business relationships.
• Processing all work in accordance with relevant working practices and standard operating procedures.
• Providing feedback and suggestions to improve service levels, internal processes, and customer support methodology.
• Demonstrating a positive, constructive, and cooperative attitude in the business environment.
• Providing support beyond standard hours as needed if call volume and / or workload require additional time.
• Supporting sales department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails, and fax.
• Implementing and supporting quality initiatives throughout branch.
• Implementing procedures to maintain accurate inventory records in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system through proper billing and replenishment processes.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 2 Customer Service experience.
• Participate in over-time as needed.
• Soft skills :
• Clear and Concise Communication.
• Time management.
• NO C2C CANDIDATES
