Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our fast paced office. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in various office tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate projects and tasks to support office operations
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Serve as a personal assistant to management by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence
- Provide clerical support including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing office supplies
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, organization, and communication
- Transcribe documents accurately and efficiently

Requirements:

- Proven experience in project coordination, administrative roles, or related fields
- Ability to maintain organized filing systems and manage confidential information securely
- Experience as a personal assistant or in roles requiring high levels of discretion
- Proficiency in clerical tasks such as data entry and record keeping
- Strong skills in event planning and coordination
- Proficient in using Google Suite for various office tasks
