Job Description

Overview

Provides case management services and administrative support to panelists (judges and attorneys) and professional service and support to clients.  Implements the effectiveness and best practices of Case Management.  Applies appropriate criteria for admission and continued to stay in compliance with NCQA, CMS, and Health Plan designation standards.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with the panelists to develop and administer their ADR practice. -20%
  • Maintains client relations, supports business development, and manages case files. -20%
  • Partners with panelists to ensure follow-up on closed cases to determine client satisfaction and future business opportunities. -20%
  • Coordinates and re-schedulings hearings or conference calls and pre-hearing preparation calls to ensure client needs are met. -20%
  • Communicates and meets with the local manager to discuss case issues. -20%

Qualifications

Education (experience can be substituted for education)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Management, or related field. -Preferred

Experience (education can be substituted for experience)

  • 4-6 years of working in case management. -Required
  • For internal candidates at least 1-3 years of proven ability as an Administrative Assistant, Client Services (AACS), or similar position. -Required
  • 4-6 years of working in legal and client service role. -Preferred

 

Skills

  • Proficiency in all ADR processes and procedures. -Required
  • Knowledge of panelists’ practice preferences in the local Resolution Center (RC). -Required
  • Computer literate and proficient in all software programs required for the position. -Required
